What was the one where Dawson was Joey's stalker? She and Pacey hooked up again after years apart (Dawson's fault, natch) and had to run from him and ended up in NYC living in a fab apartment on a massage therapists income?
hee! I can't believe how much of that I remembered!

I haven't had time to dig in but also? I started a couple and it was a lot of sunsets and deep thoughts and motivations. I'm not sure my current Dair needs are compatible with Juliet fic just yet. Perhaps after GG is over?
Itís just really honestly so tiring and emotionally draining to have to get upset over reality constantly.

If you're not in the mood for angsty pre-reunion stuff, you can start with Sailing. It's post-finale so they're already together and living in New York. And it's a little shorter. Shadows of Starlight and The Hope fics are her mega novels.

I'm pretty sure that's Bitsy's Menage a Trois. I tried to reread that a few years ago and thought it was pretty terrible. I liked it okay the 1st time, but couldn't make it through a second read.

Ooh, this would be super duper hard because I can't remember the names of any Laura Smith fic but the one where they get busy on the floor of the B&B when the heater is broken and turned way up?
Stolen Days. Just read it yesterday. Unf. I love that I don't remember much about any of these fics, so it's almost like reading them for the first time.

I am up to "A Weekend in the Country" in the great DC marathon at Chez Cajun. Damn, S2 was boring. There were some episodes in S1 and S2 I had never seen. Since getting into season three, I find myself just wanting to read fic.

Onto the point of this post...could one of you please send me the formatted Juliet fic? I tried starting it at the linked site, but I just can't deal with the lack of punctuation. I don't think I've ever read it, so I'm kinda excited for a completely new fic. Please and thank you!

Okay, so this isn't DC fic, or even porn, but I figured that I should mention that I wrote three The Vampire Diaries fanfics over the summer hiatus.

            http://www.fanfiction.net/u/4031779/

They were crazy fun to write - I guess you'd have to be at least familiar with the show to like them, though. And if you *were* familiar with TVD, then you would already know that I had written them, because I mentioned it in the TVD thread, so yeah . . . this is pointless. Ha!

ophy, I have never seen TVD or I'd be all over it. Reading y'all's crazy-ass convos (ghosts, vamps, werewolves, oh my!) over in TVD thread has me considering a catch-up.

Re: Juliet's fic. I just updated my email address in my profile, so if one of you kind souls happened to send me the formatted fic, could you please resend? I didn't realize the email address linked to my account was 10 years old.

(cajun! If you do want to do a catch-up, PM me and I'll give you a list of the must see eps to get you caught up the fastest. We're just starting S4, so it's not like how I am trying vainly to get caught up to SPN's ridiculous mountain of eps. You can get a good overall sense of things in about 18 episodes.).

Ha! I just wanted to say that I love how every thread turns into a TVD thread. Everyone should just watch this show and make Ophy happy!

                      WORD.

I'm gonna keep coming in EVERYWHERE just like beekin' kudzu, y'all. No place is safe from hot vampire brothers.

And cajun just made me super happy by requesting an ep list. Yay!

I finally read Shadows of Starlight 1 by juliet! So, so good. But very long. It's hard to read a fic that long on the DL without someone asking what you're doing. Completely worth it, though! I can't believe I've never read it. Hopefully, part two is just as good.

Maybe I should skip straight to Part 2? So bored by plots!

Part 2 is straight up Summer of True Love and it has a lot of porn and the angst is minimal. Even Juliet used to tell people that they could read Part 2 on its own and they wouldn't be lost at all. I love Part 1 so much, though! It's the way I would have wanted to see S3 play out.

Ooh, thanks for reminding me that I need to start part 2 or maybe pick up one of her shorter fics. Part 1 had awesome dialogue -- you were totally right about that, Issie -- but a reimagining of s3 felt incredibly blasphemous to me! (ducks) Plus, instead of in one weekend, I read it all in one sitting, so I got super burned out. Anyway, I'm ready for macking!
