I'm sure I'll get some flak, but man, I cannot stand her.

When will they take poor little Francis Bean away from this nutbag?

DUDE! I watched her E! True Hollywood Story just yesterday! She's SO punk rock. I LOVE her trashy ass! And I used to wear my fair share of babydoll dresses with chunky slut shoes and denim shirts (to add a splash of grunge, yo).

And Live Through This is so on my list of CDs all-time favorites! My BFF and I would CRANK that in our apartment and just ROCK out around the house! I girls that can rock.

And I that The Runaways (with Joan Jett & Lita Ford -- ROCK ON) changed Ms. Love's life.

So, in closing, she's a complete freakshow but I LOVE her.
Its just really honestly so tiring and emotionally draining to have to get upset over reality constantly.

Eee, I am genuinely frightened by her. She just seems like the type of person that would carry some nice, mildly-psychotic conversation and then cut me out of nowhere because she felt like it.

        Shall we start taking bets?

Even Andy Dick is shaking his head at Courtney these days.

I just feel sorry for the kid. What is she, 12 now?

Is, I just had a flashback to college--one of my favorite outfits was a little flowered dress and black Doc Marten boots.

She's still cute even if she has Courtney's old nose but the rest of her looks like Kurt.

She lives with her grandma now and Kurt's mom is petitioning for full custody.

There was a MSN article on Courtney Love this week that talked all about her recent actvities (but it neglected to really mention anything about her daughter and the custody issues).

As if she didn't have enough problems: Awfulplasticsurgery.com claims her boob job is rippling!

I know Is loves the site, but I think the guy is really reaching with some of those pictures. This one is icky, however.

ETA: Damn, the site does kinda suck, but the message boards are deliciously vicious! And people say we're mean.

Neil Strauss spent three days with Love! I'm drained just thinking about it.

                    I miss the poll function.

Who's tell-all adulthood book will be juicier and bettah? Frances Bean or Bobbi Christina?

I'm gonna go with Frances on that one. She actually has the chance to live in a comparatively normal environment with her grandparents and see what a crazy wackjob her mother is and father was, while poor, poor Bobbi Christina still has to watch her parents beat each other down before they have make-up sex in front of her without knowing that it's totally abnormal and fucked up for parents to behave that way.

They could co-write a tell-all and be like the ebony and ivory poster children of fucked up, drugged out famewhore celebrity parents.

She sounded horse. Not hoarse, but like an actual horse after it had been run through the glue factory. On top of that she kept clutching at her crotch. But, again, not in the boastful manner that someone such as Nelly normally does; more like someone who might be suffering from a raging case of something nasty.
The rest of it's here. Hee.

Is anybody fascinated with Frances Bean being put in her granny's custody at the age of 17? Very odd!

Ian Halperin--weirdo celebrity biographer--says that the reason this happened is because granny and sissy Cobain have long felt Courtney is a drugged-up skank who couldn't pull it together for her daughter (duh) and they think Courtney has been bleeding Bean's trust fund dry for years now--and blaming it publicly on embezzlement.

Something must have happened behind the scenes for them to spark this thing off--like Courtney falling off the wagaon again?--but they sued to take the reigns so Frances could get control of her money (and keep Courtney's paws out of it) and then begin the process of auditing the trust fund.

Additionally, he think Francis will just file for legal emancipation but she's already 17 so I don't see the point.

                            It's all very curious--I love a 90s relic!

From what I understand, it's very likely monetarily-motivated, as you said. The weirdest thing in all of this to me? Finding out that Ed Norton manages Frances Bean's trust. Huh? How the hell long did he date Courtney Love anyway?

Also, I love that Neo's thread-opening question finally has an answer: 6.2 years.
