Will Sleepy Hollow be the next Great Ophy obssession? Stay tuned.

Hee. Not yet, I don't think.

But! I appreciate having a tall, handsome Brit on screen who is witty and clever but *not* some kind of monster or serial killer that needs to be redeemed. So refreshing.

ETA I'm actually kind of mad, because I think the writers are sneaking into my house and reading the notes for my witch book. Former*British Revolutionary soldier in modern times? Check. The soldier having married a red haired witch accidentally, without knowing she was a witch back in Revolutionary times? Also check. Wife being dead but also able to travel between shadowy realms? double check. The name of the dead witch wife being almost the same as *my* dead witch wife? GRRRRRRR.

Ha! This clip of Ichabod and Abbie at a baseball game is awesome:

The show comes back tomorrow night!

Banastre Tarleton was going to be *my* former lieutenant in the British Army's commander!

I guess I need to wait until after we get all of Crane's backstory before I start fully putting together my ex-Revolutionary War soldier-turned-vampire.

Anyway, good Ichabbie stuff in this ep. Ichabod needs to do something about his ratty coat. Yay! for Walter Bishop! (although he didn't get to do much, huh?)

            That is all.

              Abbie and Ichabod.

              I ship it.
Itís just really honestly so tiring and emotionally draining to have to get upset over reality constantly.

Ichabod is finally going to wash his clothes!

“Ichabod’s clothes are his security blanket, his tie to the past,” Kurtzman says. “That being said, he will soon discover the joys of dry cleaning and the grave injustice of the bill that accompanies it.”
This will mark the first major scrubbing Ichabod’s duds have received since he was transported 200 years into the future (in Episode 2, he gave them a very light washing).
It’s not clear what Tom Mison’s Bloomingdales-averse alter ego will wear while his duds are being professionally treated, so feel free to let your imaginations run wild in the comments (my guess: tighty whities). And while you’re down there, tackle this divisive question: Do you think Ich should at some point update his wardrobe? Or are you of the opinion that the (circa-1700) clothes make the man?

Aw, his ratty coat is his uniform! Like Abbie and her leather jacket. It's a shame the interwebz went with "Ichabbie." I like "Ichababbie" bettah.

Interview with Katia Winter who plays Katrina.

And Winter, who says Ichabod and Katrina "are soul mates," doesn't seem to think Ichabod and Abbie are heading for romance. Not anytime soon anyway. "They definitely have a strong bond and their chemistry is amazing," she explains. "But I'm hoping it will stay on a Scully and Mulder level! [Laughs.]"

                      Um . . . .

It took them six years to kiss so I agree with her.

Sad that this thread has been languishing for so long, even though the show is still OMB good. I guess there's not a lot to say other than 'yes me enjoy chop wood Ichabod everything yes'.

Oh, and Trollando Jones, of course.

I posted "What form of hellish torment is this?" on my FB page and a friend thought I was suicidal.
She did not appreciate the Ichabod quote.

yes, I feel sorry for her.
