Forgot to mention that reducing the frequency of your OCM can also affect skin moisture. I OCM 3 -4 times a week, definitely not every day, and that seems to help me stay less dry.
I'm still losing weight! I don't exercise while on my period, so it's been about five days or so since I worked out. So I'm on my period, haven't been working out, *and* I've been eating breads and stuff, and I STILL lost more weight in the past couple of days. CRAZY. I didn't retain ANY water during this period. Didn't notice any real bloating at all, maybe just a little extra softness.
It's freaking me out. Surely CLO doesn't do this for everyone? It seems like taking a pill twice a day (and one that doesn't have scary wacky drugs in it) resulting in 10lbs of weight loss in a couple of months would be like, big news if it worked like this for every person. Maybe it really was my Vit D deficiency that was messing with my metabolism, and the D supplements I used to take were just junk.
My boobs are getting smaller, though. Not a benefit! But so is my butt, so yay.
Speaking of my butt, I bought a brand new elliptical this week, and they are delivering it today. My other one had a broken display screen, and was also not really suited for someone my height. So I was having back pain issues after using it. It was a cheap one anyway, and not challenging me anymore.
This is the one I'm getting today, and it promises to shape my legs and firm up my butt super fast. The delivery people just called and said it was coming in the next 30 mins. Woot! http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/pr...ductId=4307979
Totes excited.
Of course, it will take mr.o a couple of hours to put it together, but that ain't my problem.
If you had told me ten years ago that I would be squeeing over an elliptical machine, I would have smacked you in the face and called you a crazy liar person. And then I would have set fire to your house, just for kicks.

I found a website that does profiles on various oils.
http://www.aromaweb.com/articles/whatcarr.asp
http://www.aromaweb.com/vegetableoils/default.asp
This is the page for avocado oil: http://www.aromaweb.com/vegetableoils/avocadooil.asp
And this page also tells how to store avocado oil: http://www.ifood.tv/blog/how-to-store-avocado-oil
Avocado has a shelf life of about 12 months, but I've heard some reports online from folks who say theirs went rancid much quicker than that. So storing it right is important, I guess.
But you should be able to tell by the smell if yours goes bad.

I'm for sure going to add 10-20% more avocado to the bottle. Thanks!

More castor = skin more dry
more avocado and less castor = skin more moist
Jojoba kinda does moisturize, but not anywhere near as much as avocado. Since I started adding avocado to my mix, I haven't had any dry skin issues.

Hmm. Looks like I should add more avocado based on your list. Since it's best for dry skin.
Thanks for bringing it back 'round. Maybe we should start an FAQ thread for this since I'm too stupid to remember these things! Like a USE THIS PRODUCT OR DIE list.
